By accessing or using Stayz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Stayz.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Stayz for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Stayz
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of Stayz, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Stayz for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, or exploit the content, features, and functionality available through our service except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
- Violating any intellectual property rights of Stayz or any third party
- Using our UI/UX designs, photos or copyrighted content without permission
- Creating derivative applications or services based on our platform
- Reverse engineering our app or attempting to extract source code
- Using content for commercial purposes without authorization
Stayz reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive relief, for any violations of these Terms. Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal penalties under copyright, trademark, privacy, and other applicable laws.
5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings made through Stayz are subject to availability and acceptance by property owners. Prices are as listed and may be subject to additional fees and taxes. Payment methods and processing are subject to our Payment Terms.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by property. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each property before completing your booking. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Stayz service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stayz and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Stayz.
All content posted by property owners and users on Stayz must respect copyright laws. Users may not upload or share content they do not own or have proper rights to use. We reserve the right to remove any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stayz be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Stayz, even if Stayz or a Stayz authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Changes to Terms
Stayz reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
