Privacy notice

Depending on the form, we ask for your name, email, company or business, destination or service area, expected cohort, affiliation details and your message. We use these details to consider and respond to the enquiry. Do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents, employee lists or sensitive personal information.

Enquiries are sent over HTTPS to the website’s server and stored in a database. A reference number is displayed only after the record has been saved. The forms do not automatically enrol you in marketing or send a confirmation email.

Enquiry records are available through the site owner’s authorised hosting and database access. Hosting infrastructure processes the information to operate the service. No enquiry records are exposed through a public read endpoint. Information you subsequently send by email is handled through the email service used by StayZ.

The server uses request-origin checks, a short-lived signed form token, a hidden bot-trap field and submission limits. An IP address supplied by the hosting platform and your email are used to create secret-keyed, time-limited hashes for rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the enquiry database. Hosting providers may separately retain operational logs.

Enquiry records are assigned a 90-day expiry. Expired records are removed in bounded batches as the enquiry service is used; this is not an exact scheduled deletion guarantee. Anti-spam counters expire after two hours and are cleaned through the same process. You can request earlier correction or deletion by emailing hello@stayz.tech with your reference number. Copies you send separately by email are outside this form database.

The moving checklist saves your ticked items in this browser’s local storage. It is not attached to an account or sent with your enquiry. Use Reset in the checklist, or clear this website’s browser storage, to remove it. The website code does not install advertising or analytics trackers.

Google Play, Before I Land, StayZ Journal and email links open separate services with their own data handling. The private review version may require hosting-platform sign-in; that authentication is operated by the platform.
