StayZ acts as a technology platform that facilitates discovery and communication between users and property partners.

  • StayZ does not own or operate properties listed on the platform

  • Availability, pricing, and property details are provided by property partners

  • Final agreements, payments, and move-in terms may be governed by separate arrangements

StayZ is not responsible for disputes between users and property partners, except where required by law.

5. Personal data

Your privacy matters to us.
All data collection and processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using StayZ, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described therein.

6. Intellectual property

All content on StayZ, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and code

is the intellectual property of BillionEdge Technologies Private Limited.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content

  • Use our branding or assets without prior written permission

  • Create derivative works based on the platform

7. Platform availability

We aim to keep StayZ accessible and reliable but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability

  • Error-free operation

  • That any specific feature will always remain available

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

StayZ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Inaccurate listings or third-party information
